O my Mother, Most Sorrowful Mother, how long those three days of pain and anguish must have been when you lost your Son in Jerusalem! Unaware of the reason for His absence, you could have believed that you were unfit to look after such a precious treasure and that you were unworthy to live much longer in the infinity of Jesus. O Mary, when I yearn for Jesus, after having lost Him through my sins, become the door through which I walk to find Him again.
